One of our Youth Ambassadors, Eliana Dulany, was inspired by the recent display of Northern Lights and wrote a poem to share with all of our wildlife enthusiast friends here on our blog.

Curtains of Color

by Eliana Dulany

Colors dance across the sky, faint pinks and greens, by and by. Reds, blues, and in-betweens, and purple.

Across the skies the colors fly. I watch, my heart pounding. All of this greets my eye, the colors here surrounding, and music!

The coyotes sing, they see it too! The sky is dancing, fully imbued, dancing to their song, and all else is still. All along, I watch this thrill, and listen to the music.
